Baked Tomato Pasta

Ingredients

Pot Pasta:
Canned Tomatoes: 1 Can (blended)
Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oregano: 1/4 tsp
Pasta: 250 grams
Water: 3 cups
Chilli sauce: 1 tsp
Ketchup: 2 tbsp

Other:
Cheddar Cheese: 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup
Red Chilli Powder
Oregano

Optional
Capsicum
Carrots
Onions
Sweet corns
Mushrooms
Bell peppers
Boiled/stir fried Chicken
Baby corns

Add all pot pasta ingredients to a pot and cook until sauce thickens
Pasta should be al dente, not too firm or too soft
At this point you can add any of the optional ingredient and cook for 2-3 minutes
Once done add shredded cheddar cheese and mix well
Dish out in a pyrex dish
Add remaining cheese, red chilli flakes and oregano on top
Bake on 200 degrees for 8 minutes
Then turn on the grill and let the top brown slightly

Sprinkle spring onions on top and serve.
