I shared this recipe with my friend Saman Fahd and she absolutely loved it, hence i am sharing it on my blog so that all of you can try it and give me feedback. The picture does no justice to how awesome it tasted.
Chicken – 250 gm
Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Roasted Cumin – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
All spice powder – 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
Mix all listed ingredients and marinate for 1 hour
Tomato – 1 Chopped
Onion – 1 Chopped
Water – 1 cup
In one cup water
Add the onion and tomato
And cook until water reduces to half
Then blend into a fine paste
Cream – 2-3 tbsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
Heat oil and add chicken mixture, cook it for 5-6 minutes on high flame
Add the handi paste, cover the pot and lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes
If you plan to serve it immediately
Turn the flame off and cream, dish out and add butter to the top.
If you are planning to serve it later, add the cream and butter when you want to serve it. Just reheat the dish and then add both the ingredients.
