This recipe is for all Nutella fans out there, my husband loves these crepes for breakfast and so do I. Since its Sunday tomorrow do give these a try for some extra special breakfast.
1 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon fine sugar
2 tablespoon melted butter
Never ending supply of Nutella
Sift the flour, sugar and salt together
Beat the eggs and mix with the flour mixture, add small amount of the flour mixture and mix and repeat. Do not add the entire thing together or you will get a lumpy batter.
Add milk and water to the mixture very slowly and keep mixing it using a whisk to avoid lumps
Lastly, add the butter
Heat a small frying pan (about 6-8 inch), pour about 1/4 cup of the mixture in and let it cook like u make a pan cake. This should be thinner version, rotate your pan to spread the mixture evenly.
When one side is done turn your crepe over, it should b like a soft chappati when u r about to turn it over and there should be bubbles visible on top
Put Nutella bottle in warm water so that its soft to pour
Now when the other side is cooking, put Nutella on the top and spread
Fold your crepe in half and then to a quarter (see image)
Dish out, pour some Nutella or chocolate syrup on top along with castor sugar.
Optional: You can also add strawberries and bananas to your crepes along with nutella, or serve them as a side.
