Cheesy Chicken Samosay


Chicken’s mince 300 gms
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Olper’s milk 1 cup
Butter 1/2 tsp
All purpose flour 1 tsp
Salt to taste
White pepper 1/4 tsp
Crushed red chillies 1/2 tsp
Cheddar cheese 100 gms shredded

In a pan stir fry chicken with ginger garlic paste until fully done and all juices run out

In another pan heat butter, add flour and cook for a minute or two
Then add milk and stir constantly to avoid any lumps and bring to boil
Then add cheese and wait until it melts
Add salt, white pepper and crushed red chillies and mix well
Turn the flame off

Mix the chicken mince and white sauce together, add sauce in a consistency that it thick and fully coats the chicken.

Make samosa’s and fry
Serve hot
