Almond and Pistachio Pheni

 

Olper’s milk 2 glasses
Pheni 1 cup
Sugar 2 tablespoon
Pistachio crushed 1 tsp
Almonds crushed 1 tsp

Bring milk to boil and add sugar, pistachios and almonds
Simmer for 10 minutes on low flame
Then add pheni and cook for another 5 minutes
Remove from heat.
You can serve this hot or chilled
