When I posted my dahy baray, everyone asked me to post my meethy dahi phulki recipe as well. You all might have realised that my recipes are usually very easy and quick to make. This is the easiest recipe I have and in 5 minutes flat you have this ready for you Iftar table
p.s all those who call his boondi or something else I apologise in advance but this is what I call it. And yes you can make dahy with Olper’s Milk i found it through my MIL and then saw posts on KCH of people making it hence I gave it a try and voilaaa I was shocked.
Do you like meethay or namkeen dahy baray?
Olper’s milk 1 litre
Yogurt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
Phulki 1 cup (store brought)
Chat masala as needed
Warm Olpers’s Milk add yogurt and mix well
Place in kitchen over night and refrigerate the next morning
Bring salted water to a boil and add phulki , turn the flame off and cover until phulki’s are fully done
Beat the yogurt with sugar until smooth, add phulkis and mix
Sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve.
